Endurance training: Whether you are training for a 5k, Warrior Dash or Marathon, PeakFit uses state of the art endurance training techniques so you reach your goal.
Weight Loss: Weight loss is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. Our system uses exercises that are proven to be most effective for weight loss, are fun and functional to help you reach your goal. Plus, we offer nutrition counseling, specifically using The Paleo Diet template.
Sport Specific Training: Whether you want to play Arena Football or just get back to playing tennis on the weekends, we will create the perfect program to get you back on the field, court or diamond.
Injury Rehab: We have over eight years of athletic injury rehabilitation experience. We will show you how to correct dysfunctional movements that are caused by previous injuries and have a likelihood to produce future injuries.
